PIZZA

When we were smaller this is the way my mother would make pizza for me my brothers and my sister, usually on a Sunday afternoon or Monday night when other family members and friends would join us. She started with homemade pizza dough stretched on a rectangle shaped pan topped with a simple and sweet tomato sauce, parmigiano and mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. She then baked it in the oven until the dough was crusty, the mozzarella was melted and we all
thought we were in heaven!

The classic original Napolitano Pizza; A homemade crispy pizza crust topped with
“RED” San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh “WHITE” mozzarella and
fresh “GREEN” basil leaves; sprinkled with X.V.O.O..

Tomato sauce and Fontina, Parmigiano, Provolone and Mozzarella cheeses.

Homemade tomato sauce, chopped fresh garlic and
Freshly grated aged Parmigiano cheese.

Topped with pesto sauce sliced fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.

topped with olives, anchovy fillets and capers.

Tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, thinly sliced sausage, chopped plum tomatoes,
grated Parmigiano cheese and mozzarella.

A cheese-less pizza with tomato sauce, calamari, shrimp,
mussels and clams.

mozzarella cheese and baked in an oven safe casserole.

and extra virgin olive oil.
