PIZZA When we were smaller this is the way my mother would make pizza for me my brothers and my sister, usually on a Sunday afternoon or Monday night when other family members and friends would join us. She started with homemade pizza dough stretched on a rectangle shaped pan topped with a simple and sweet tomato sauce, parmigiano and mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
